the rgv bottom mount(width between the fork) is 2mm wider than the kr's.
so with a little jiggery pokery you can get an rgv shock to fit.
I have a RGV VJ22 shock lying here, and it's 31cm long !!

When I first took them off and had to separate them they would not move.. I stuck a bit of heat round seal area and they were going up and down smooth as butter..it seems to be if they are left for a bit they are a bugger to move. At the moment im feeling like it could be a "taxi for a kr1s?" :lol:...

if you jack up the bike, the fork and wheel should lower by itself, having to press just a little on the spring to put in the top plug :!:

sure you use the correct spacers for the wheel ?

Thanks for help. Stuck a broom in and it held it so i now have allen key off. Cannot separate the tubes though...it says in manual stroke inner tube up and down.. my inner tube wont move at all up or down.. then you've got a serious problem :shock: it would mean that you didn't have front suspensio...
