How do you re fit threaded frame collars

Post by Mbuk »

Hi, a couple of the threaded nuts that are fixed into the frame have gone missing. I have brought some more and i am wondering what to use to bond them back in?. They look like they were a press fit. how do you guy do it., I thought something like sikaflex might do it.

old photo with a old phone but ,in confined spaces or if you dont have the tools a simple nut with clearance you can get a spanner on ,a few greased washers and a bolt with the same thread ,just pull it up till its tight
