An RGV swing arm bolt is a straight swap for the KR1S and is a hollow bolt as well, so it's a big weight saving mod .

any one know the kr1s pivot bold od off hand? my kr1 has a kr1s swing arm but i suspect iot has had work done to the swingarm rather than frame? the previous owner mentioned summat about machining to enable the kr1s swinger to fit but cant remember exactly what weas said. i can work out whats what if i know the pivot bolt sizes of the kr1 and kr1s. thanks guys, is there much in it between the rgv and kr pivot bolt? fancy that, an rgv part been used to SAVE weight on a kr!!!!!

17mm for a 1s, 15mm for a 1, I think. I've seen a 1 frame that had had it's pivot holes opened out for a 1s swinger and Col had a bush made that allowed you to fit a 1s swinger into a 1 frame using a 1 bolt-I think

yep 100% i had to drill my kr1 frame out to 20mm for the kr1s swingarm and pivot bolt to fit, or you could make a sleeve to fit in the kr1s arm and use the 15mm kr1 spindle bolt
