kr1s rear shock

Post by 549brian1 »

hi,im after some info on the rear shock for the kr1s,i am going to restore both of my shocks my self.i am just starting to strip both of them down, does anyone know how much oil should go in the shock?.both of my shocks have not been leaking, but only got about 100cc out of it,also on one of the shocks the bump stop is missing, before i remove the locking nut at the bottom,is there any chance of damaging the lower ajuster,as it sits in the lower part of the shock?.also what grade oil should i use?.also has anyone had there fork legs replated at phil pots, any problems?,or does anyone have any nos legs, thanks brian
