I can measure one tomorrow Martin if no one knows off the top of their head. Might even be in the morning if I get up early enough, no working from home for me this week :(

I must have a different thread on my new longer one i had made for the hybrid 8-[

Tried a castle nut which i had off fleabay which the seller said 1.5 pitch but it won't fit ](*,)

Goes on about 2 threads then no more :?

1.5mm is quite a fine pitch far an M16, if you had one made they proberbly used a 1.75 or 2.0mm pitch die
