unstable timing during start

hi everyone
i newbie and have model KR250A, so my machine unstable condition when start,it take around 10 minute to stable back the engine timing.
my alternative is itake off air filter to make gas move fast to engine during start.
how can i solve this problem?? :cry:

Sounds like the choke is jammed on check the choke pistons on the carbs are not seized

When i pull up choke cable One by one,my engine will off when i pull choke on top carburator engine,its choke piston are not seized??at that carburtor

from your advice dougindoorsi,i tell my formen and adjust the carb setting and he set up slide to same movement and my main jet to the same size so my machine running well from start and on road condition. :) :D

Glad the info helped,go for it another kr back on the road,I will just keep working on mine in between projects, one day she's not loosing any value so I think longer I keep her the more she's worth :D
