The O rings look neat as a solution to cut out the head gasket.
The middle ring looks easy to do... But I don't fancy cutting the five sided external ring. How did you cut the outer ring groove?
You will have to let us know how it runs / compression etc?

It's an oldish topic, but have you thought of using H1 pistons? They are available from 60-62 mm from Wiseco and Wössner, and 60-61 mm from Kawasaki. They also use 16 mm gudgeon pins, height from centreline of pin to edge of piston crown is 32 mm, dome height is 4 mm. Total skirt length is 65 mm. Hope this helps.
