You can buy anti-dive rebuild kits from The GPZ Zone but I don't know for sure that they're the same units as on the KR.

Looking at the KR cases I have on the bench that unfortunately do not have the switch fitted it looks the same as the KR1/s cases also on the bench that are fitted with the switch i.e. the same thread and depth of thread.
I would need to get to one of the complete KR engines to be 100% (a bit inaccessible at the moment), hope that helps for now.

ANTI DIVE KITS

Post by dougindoors »

Tim the anti dive kits from GPZ Zone you recommended do fit the KR fine, so any one with soggy anti dive springs order a set of kits from craig

Such a good looking, low slung frame. Almost a shame to hide it away!

frame

Post by dougindoors »

yes, under the skin the frame is made up of 6 bolt together parts the swing arm being in 2 parts, bit like aluminium mecano , the rear sub frame is not fitted in photo. the whole thing is a bit of a balancing act to reassemble. you can see by the welding these frames were put together by hand not on a standard production line even down to drilled drain holes to stop it filling with water. engine in next!
