hi guys thanks for the tips off to local kawka dealer this week with part no's in hand

You can buy anti-dive rebuild kits from The GPZ Zone but I don't know for sure that they're the same units as on the KR.

hi can anyone help me with a neutral switch or point me in the direction of a replacment part from another model

Looking at the KR cases I have on the bench that unfortunately do not have the switch fitted it looks the same as the KR1/s cases also on the bench that are fitted with the switch i.e. the same thread and depth of thread.
I would need to get to one of the complete KR engines to be 100% (a bit inaccessible at the moment), hope that helps for now.

ANTI DIVE KITS
Tim the anti dive kits from GPZ Zone you recommended do fit the KR fine, so any one with soggy anti dive springs order a set of kits from craig

frame
yes, under the skin the frame is made up of 6 bolt together parts the swing arm being in 2 parts, bit like aluminium mecano , the rear sub frame is not fitted in photo. the whole thing is a bit of a balancing act to reassemble. you can see by the welding these frames were put together by hand not on a standard production line even down to drilled drain holes to stop it filling with water. engine in next!
