If it helps your OEM part number is 13144-1113 which appears to be shared by the 1987 EX250-E Ninja (according to one Google link I found).

I can't find any other more current models sharing that part number using any of my usual web resources.

Maybe give your local dealer a call and see if that part number has been superseded with something you can order?

Edit: I think you can use one of these:

Measure up the one you have and see if it will fit?

RPM have a chain/sprocket kit on eBay. It's in the UK, but might be worth contacting them to see if they'll sell you just a sprocket?

It seems that they will not sell me a sprocket by itself or they do not have one at all,so their ebay ad might be wrong

May be worth posting some pictures of your old sprocket - it may help us identify another the same.

Just a thought though... Is the old sprocket the right one for the KR250A ? Or has someone used an alternative? ( you say it is loose on the splines, worn? Or not the right one?)
If it takes more than 2strokes then your just playing at it..

the dimension in this photo "21.6mm" is not correct for our bikes it is 24mm
The dimension in this photo "25mm" is not correct for our bikes it is 28.5mm

we have 12 splines not 13
