Back on the road

Post by StrokerBoy »

My KR passed its MOT today. 445 kms since the last one - that's pretty good for me tbh...

Got new fork seals fitted at my local bike shop last week. Seals NLA but they had one pattern set left on the shelf. I'd fitted a new battery too. Got it from Ebay, though most sellers try and sell you the wrong one. Insist on a YB4L-A (not -B).

Nice to get out on it again, even though it was snowing on the way there and back. #-o

Oh, and the crappy old f*ur-stroke S*zuki behind it passed too. \:D/

Nice one!

Had to brave the weather myself back in January for my MOT.

As soon as i collect my rebuilt engine from Martin its MOT for me. Only good news is my lil moped being a 1957 is now mot exempt as well as historic vehicle, read no , tax. Happy days!

Seeing your bike reminded me that I STILL want a white rear seat converter for my KR!

Yep, mine's an '89 RK. Some words & pics on my GSX-R webpage. Cool frame on yours. 8)
