Got RGV swingarm back from the powdercoaters and is still showing the dinks on the banana side face

I need to rub it down and fill the small areas but what is the best fine filler I can use ?
Some stuff leaves bubbles I'm told

When it's all done I will just blast over with my trusty tough black rattle can

Try silver solder, I have seen clasic car restorers use it with great success.
