mirror glass
just need a bit of advice....has anyone taken the mirror class out?,ive a red\grey c3 with red mirrors one glass is fogged and have a spare,just want to know hows best to take it out without doing any damage!...cheers chaps

I've used a hot air gun in the past. You have to be really careful and do it slowly.
First cover the glass with masking tape and then set the gun to 90C and just go round and round the edge. I go across the mirror glass a couple of time as as well just to even the temperature up.
Eventually the plastic will be flexible enough to pop the glass out. The corners are the worst bit. Do not try and lever it out....
If the worst does happen and it cracks, the tape will hold it all together. You can then take this to the local picture framing shop and get them to cut you a new one....
