I don't think its running on both cylinders, it just back fires a lot whe I rev it up, but only from the left cylinder.. I dont no where the air fuel mixture screw is.. but when I did a compression test it said I only have about 60 psi in the left cylinder.

Thats too low, (60psi),it should be between at least 90 on a stock compression engine,are you doing the test on a Wide Open Throttle on a warm engine,and whats the other cylinder reading?
Have you just had the top end off and fitted new pistons or rings?
