Drive shaft oil seal question
I think I have a slight oil leak from the output shaft, I have ordered a new seal, however, as anyone changed one of these before, and is it straightforward, or is there more to it than popping the old one out and putting a new one in?

Re: Drive shaft oil seal question
reckon you could do it without taking the cover off trishia,
take the sprocket off [after draining the oil] and screw a screw in to the seal [you can then get hold of it with some grips and pull it off]
then after the old seal is off. clean the housing and shaft, then with plenty of grease on the new seal, gently push it in to place
