I think he is running a customised linkage arrangement so all so the 4x F3 valves open correctly...

also fitted valves with cutout facing each other in same cylinder,
revolved centre pullys 90 degree, fitted outer pullys backwards,
lenghtened 1 of the cables and swopped cables over at the pullys.
works fine but could do with some adjustable linkage for fine tune.

Never got an answer to my last post, but asked Martin to put my NOS valves in my motor when he put it back together :D

Your powervalve looks as it has twisted and is not aligned correctly.
my guess is he is using an alternative setup to take full advantage of the F3 valves. if you look at the last picture, you'll see he drilled new holes in the links

Maccas : sure the rad isn't too low ? to check it out, you should drop your forks for the full suspension travel (about 11-12cm?) and than you should still have at least 3cm of space between the tire/mudguard and the radiator. forks bend a lot under heavy braking

I'll check that out :)

Next mod you could plumb in an Auxillary Water Pump from a Audi/VW/BMW (there's like 3 electric low current and light weight variants/configurations (inlet/outlet))
and a cheap [£8] Pulse Width Modulation DC speed controller (no need for thermistors/thermocouples/temperature switching just a manual flow control)
and remove and blank the standard water pump impellor/drive (one less thing to leak)

some credit goes to SCOOBLE for use of Kawasaki in her KFX450 quad radiator
I still want want to try a split system like MX (but in vertical V) that would allow air duct between (above mudguard) and down middle of bike
(also needs separate heads/thermostat relocation)
Just remove the standard thremostat and use a By-pass .

Lots of people using the ASI rads for a while now the only problem(besides the howls of derision from the good old USA) I ever heard of was someone got mighty annoyed when he paid double via a reseller. Another ebay seller is 'radiator warranty' they will make a custom rad for about $120AUD shipped, supply a sample or drawing.

Did the radiator come with the thermostat or are you running it without one?
