need help with seeding

Post by symtec23 » Thu May 29, 2008 3:18 am

The torrent has been unseeded for the last week and I was wondering if someone could help. These cad plans are a modders dream come true, will be able to get an idea of a doner motors fitting requirements without stripping the bike first.

I am currently in the process of learning Autocad,so Im impressed with your level of dedication to this. This is an outstanding effort. Keep up the good work.

sorry, the files got deleted off the torrent computer. And weve since upgraded to sw2008, which does not have backwards compatability.

Thanks for uploading the files,
finally just got hold of a 2008 copy of solidworks to view the models, i like the way the motor is mounted to the swingarm and not the frame to keep the chain tension constant, an uprated shock may be needed due to the increased swingarm mass and the torque of the motor spinning up.

yeh I calculated it adds about 30% extra rotational mass, and I'm bout 30% lighter than average so it should balance out :D some clicker adjustment may be needed too.

yeh i know its a bit of a thread dredge, but I haven't log'd in for a while, and if anyone else wants the models I can re-upload :D
