Dan's KR1S
I saw this one on the PB forum, Dan kindly sent me some photos and I said I'd stick them up on here. Hopefully he'll be along sometime and add some details. Seems to me that there's going to be more KRs withe zxr fronts thn zxrs with zxr fronts soon
The last time Liverpool Fc won the league, George Michael was black and Michael Jackson was straight or visa versa, it's that long ago I get confused.

Are they ZXR250 forks?SHimmer45 wrote:must have had to do a bit of work to use the orginal 1-S wheel.
does look good tho .
ps nearly every KR i see is leaking Gearbox oil onto the right hand spanny.....
I also agree about that oil leak. It seems to come from a bolt at the rear of the engine on the bottom. I keep saying I'm gonna have a proper look at that on mine and stop it as I'm feed up of wiping the darn spanny clean.

Nope, definately 400 ('L' I'd say) as are discs and calipersthe-elf wrote:Are they ZXR250 forks?
250 fork bottoms are different bolt spacing same calipers as a KR1.

Hi thanks 4 showing interest the reason for the better profile is that a 2007 R6 shock is now present. this raised the rear up by about 25mm and it handles like a 250 stroker should.Garry wrote:very nice
front end looks good - are forks shorter? looks to kick the back end up more?

correct 400l forks 310mm discs but KR-1S calipers same fittings but a bit lighter, also had new pads before so didnt want to buy new for the zxr calipers.. cheersRed Devil 777 wrote:Nope, definately 400 ('L' I'd say) as are discs and calipersthe-elf wrote:Are they ZXR250 forks?
