Bad luck Martin
I presume that you have copies of the images elsewhere?
I have mine in Google cloud storage and on my lappy (never really trusted the technology)
All of my images on the forum are through Photobucket, but it is becoming more and more difficult to upload (not sure why, but I can't find the images when they have uploaded)
Have a good New Year
Cheers
Bernie :)

Hello Bernie :P

I have managed to locate the image shack pics even though they can't be seen on the forums and only way I seem to save the pics is to copy from the image shack page onto the laptop and then use photobucket to upload them .

Just a bit sad over the loss on the forum but saying that when the LC forum crashed I lost the pics and the words

Hi Martin
If you had the time and the inclination, you could go back to each of the posts in sequence and edit each with the photos from the new location.
Cheers
Bernie :)

Well here's the first pic which is how I got the bike in 2007, a very red 250 LC which had been owned by the previous owner for 17 years and had been smothered in Vaseline to protect it,well that's what the owner said

I have added this pic to the very first page but have noticed there are some pics deleted from my image shack old account so won't be able to do "like for like" :(

Awesome Martin,
I would be a bit suspect about the reason for the Vaseline smothered all over the bike (but the LC crowd are a strange bunch  )

Keep the photos coming, Mick does a fantastic job and I will be letting him loose on mine at the next rebuild.

Cheers,
Bernie :)
