Here is the KR1S wheel and disc with the RGV 250 lower fork and caliper fitted
Even the KR1S spindle screwed into the left stanchion.
This is far from sussed but could be promising.
No idea of the spacing yet as i need some yokes  and the slot for the speedo drive is totaly wrong on the RGV forks

The Kr1S disc sticks out of the RGv pads by about 3mm but it doesn't hit the caliper, the pads on the inner edge are perfectly in line and the inside of the caliper doesn't touch the spokes either.
It is close though but so are the standard KR calipers 8-[

It wasn't that bad Charles but i did have big rust flakes come out the tank when i drained it :?
More a precaution than anything but i would say the sealer will cover quite heavily rusted tanks :-k

The Missus said they look like they are made out of scrap ](*,)
She can't believe i am going to leave them like this
I guess she has seen the polished ones on the other bike :?

This tank sealer is also resistant to ethanol which some other sealers ain't 8-[

i may be the last person to know this but bead blasting rips off anodising :P
This Aprilia rear caliper had manky gold anodising and a quick blast and a buff up with a brass wired brush and you get this.
