Right fork repaired
The pinch bolts had been stripped and the front mudguard mounting hole had some sort of mishaped rivnut bodged in in about a 10mm hole which was originally for a 6mm bolt
Pinch bolts were helicoiled with about a 20mm helicoil and i loctited it in as it was put in from the back and not the front :? but as it is so long it shouldn't want to try and turn out, time will tell :-k
The front mudguard mount hole has been repaired and a 6mm thread put back in.
Plus won a nicely made stainless front wheel spindle off Evilbay :P which was a damn site cheaper than Phil Denton  His must be made of titanium or something :-#

Knocking up a rough cardboard template to fit the twin LC horns to the RGV lower yoke.
The horns are for a Kawasaki triple apparently :P

The RGV yoke is as heavy as a heavy thing,it must be made out of pig iron

I would keep the symetrical one and sell the banana arms, as people want them more plus it looks like your not fitting GP pipes.
350LC, YPVS engine to make it go faster, Brembos to make it stop faster!

Ain't done much

Cut the LC kickstart boss up and fitted a dowel as it needs to be lengthened to get the RD 500 kicker in.
It's too long at the moment but hope to get it the right size then fill with weld and lathe it back to size

All done now :P
The dull bit just above the splines on the knuckle had to be built up a bit
so the RD 500 kicker has a bit more purchase area as it kicks over

This damn RS wheel just looks too much hassle to fit so could get the old favourite out
Few small problems though,17mm spindle for the KR and 20mm for the RGV.
Width of inside of rgv is about 15mm wider so spacers needed, plus see if i can uuse the rgv hanger and brake to fit the KR disc
simples  :?

Nothing scientific yet but it looks like the KR speedo drive will have to be shaved a few mm or two to get the wheel central :-k
Either that or it will have to come off the inside of the left fork bottom
Other side there is a 11-12mm gap

Spondon 440 off the RD Forum made me a top yoke and as i was awkward and wanted to use Renthal fatbars and clamps,he came up trumps =D>
Adjusters look like they touch but they don't (about 2mm gap)
This was the thing you have to use tall risers normally which look shite IMO and are more apt for Harleys  but this shows it can be done using low risers :P
