Back together, Thanks Martin for your help with the forks and calipers, Just got to deal with the DVLA about the new frame now. Photo's don't do her justice really, as you can see it's snowing. Once we get some sun i'll replace these photos with better ones. Quick list of what been done.
Rebuilt forks with nos bushes and seals, hyperpro springs, powder coated bottoms and rechromed stanctions.
Wilbers rear shock
New Engine, nos cases,nos cluctch basket, nos clutch plates, nos cluctch cover and cap, nos reeds, new carb inlet rubbers, nos pistons, rings, pins and clips, nos little ends, rebuilt crank, barrels replated, nos head, nos thermostat,nos temp sender, nos thermostat housing, nos powervalves, pulleys from charles, new rose joints all built with nos gaskets.
undamaged top fairing refreshed by Dream Machine,nos headlight, nos bellypan
Nos Clock/fairing bracket, nos side fairing brackets
Spare frame and swingarm powdercoated with nos chain protector
wheels powder coated fitted with new bridgestone BT90's
nos speedo cable
new carbon lorraine pads
stainless lomas pipes
nos front foot pegs
Afam rear sprocket
theres probably load more but i can't remember it all.

Stunning, i think you and Martin should have your own stand at Stafford. We could all come along and drool!

No mods to carbs, going to run it on standard jeting first to see if its rich or lean

The KR has been a bit neglected for the last year while I've been messing with the track bike, so I've treated her to a new zeeltronic cdi and a set of vforce reed blocks. All I need to do now is actually ride it.
