Thanks! No progress again though   Waiting for wheels and bodykit but the cold weather is giving the sprayer some headaches, should have it in its wheels by the end of the month though so can start playing again..

Good to have it rolling again, about 3 weeks (fingers crossed) to get it ready for the kit to return so have to get busy again.

Boring but, another 3 hours work :( :( Both in matt black high temp paint, not as nice as the original finish but a lot better than they were!

Pretty much done:

Lots lined up to be done over Easter, should have it running by the end of the holiday..

Cheers Ben, spent a good hour last night setting up the PV's on the Zeeltronic.. Damn thing just kept spinning the pulley round and round when I first switched it on but after a bit of re-writing and fettling the settings I've got it where it needs to be now. Handy to be able to adjust open/closed position, can get the valves to line up far better in both positions now.

PCDI-10VT

I got it from The Tuning Works, came ready to plug in and go and it pretty much has been so far just the PV open and close points needed resetting.

It RUNS!!!! and the motor sounds a hell of a lot better than before it got stripped down, nice and quiet top end and sounds nice and crisp..

First start, couple of chuffs out the exhaust got me worried the timing was out but went easily enough in the end:

A bit crisper when it warmed up:

Something to keep me busy now :D :D

Great paintwork, big thanks (&plug) to Andybikeservices, fantastic job all round. I want to give it a few more days before I start trying to put it all back on but can't wait to get it back on the road..
