Found my old 1990 KR1S which I sold around 15 years ago! I'm in the process of restoring it but this is how I got it back, she was left with a broken first gear. The gearbox and clutch taken out but all still there pretty much how I sold but with 15 years of dirt, grease and grime...
It took almost a year to finally get it back as I tracked down the person through Facebook and would only get updates on the bike every so often.

Re: Found my old kR1S!
Thanks guys!
I may need that gear box I'll let you know.
I originally purchased the bike from my brother when he upgraded to a bigger bike, he got it from the original owner back in 93-94. So the bike has family history, great memories and pictures too.
I've stripped the bike, got all the aluminium parts are at a metal polisher and getting brought back to an og finish (not a mirror finish), the forks and rear shock is getting rebuilt from a suspension specialist, the motor is in a box ready to get built from by mate who loves building 2 strokes. I've sprayed the swing arm, sprayed and touched up everything else that needed doing, polished, restored everything else too!
Just need the fairing and tank done.
