C2 Restoration

Post by Luders »

I bought an ebony and green C2 off Salty a couple of years ago.

I dropped off the frame, swingarm, wheels and the engine cases(the ones which were originally painted) off at the paint shop some time ago, but have only just got them back, as I am in no hurry.

I have a zinc plating kit, so will be testing that out next week and commencing assembly.
My aim is to steadily restore and rebuild a bit at a time each month, so there should be regular updates on its progress.

Off to Snetterton this weekend for the first Derby Phoenix round hosted by Thundersport GB, so nothing will be done until next week.

Here's a photo for now of the frame and swingarm.
