Carrying on from yesterdays wave of enthusiasm. I've removed, cleaned, and refitted the waterpump cover, and the gear selector cover. I'll leave them a few days before the fluids go back in, and hopefully there'll be no more leaks from there.
All while listening to the Newcastle v Sunderland match.

Good lad Shola :D

:? Been out to the garage again this morning, and refilled the gearbox, and cooling system. Started the bike and let it warm up as soon as it got warm coolant started leaking from the impeller cover.
When I refitted it last weekend, I cleaned both mateing surfaces and used kawabond to seal the joint, but it's leaking again.
Any suggestions before I take it off again.

Still sounds lovely tho

Had the same problem, gasket bond just does not seem to work.

I bought some gasket paper from ebay. used the cover as a template, worked fine, ran the motor up a few times now, no leaks.

I've been in the garage today, and I've hopefully cured the leaking impeller cover. I've made a thin gaket for it and used a smear of wellseal. Figers crossed.
While I' waiting for the bodywork to come back I thought I'd post a few before and after pics.
