Hi Martin that's looking great, I think I would like to get mine on the dyno when its done, not long now, 375 thinks it's a vampire. But yes be interested to know what its pulling at, look forward to that. I'm also thinking of making a custom set of pipes at work out of ss, but that'll be as in when, great work though :)

well. me and gary have been busy. still lots to do. but nearly there.
jobs to do still, are.
remove the horrible rear disc once the bike has been set up on the dyno. [as dave wood racing kicks the arse out of the rear disc on the dyno]
fit fairing and bellypan once the new mirrors arrive from z power,
fit new footrests.
and then a good old polish. [bet that bit will please bernie :) the polishing will be done at home Bernie. and not in a back
street hotel room :)

Looks fantastic! The only thing i would say is i'm not sure the standard rad will be upto the job of keeping it cool. When i had my kr on the dyno the temp was in the low 70's and it was only making 47bhp. Just something go bear in mind anyway.

yeah, I have thought of that dan. am looking in to getting another rad [anyone wanting to sell a pace rad or similar] mind you. it should,nt be too bad as I have opened up the waterways in the water pipe and matched the barrels/cylinder head to the head gasket for better water flow.
am looking forward to going on the dyno. am hoping for 65bhp+ [-o<

its alive gary.
I don't think it sounds great on video [shit camera]
but in the flesh it sounds good, and once the throttle gets so far, it wants to go. if this dose,nt give a few horses when we take it to the dyno. I will hang up my spanners, [it was fully warm when I revved it.]

the yzf radiator should be here soon, so will fit that when it arrives,.

Congratulations on your second son.

Krazy Katt is a dyno in Bedford. Quite a few of us go there for our runs. MJ always took his bikes there and I'll be running up my new race bike there.
