Here's an odd question Gary,
My barrels seem to be different lengths requiring me to run two base gaskets to even it out.
Did you get your barrels machined to be the same lenght and then do the ports on it?
Might as well ask you pair, as the forum seems quiet right now, except your thread!!
Cheers from a very jealous Martin.

Martin,

I'd be interested to hear the spec as i'm sure others would too.

yes Marty, best is to have your barrels machined so they both have the same height.
placing more gasketts under one results in that your barrels have slightly different timings.

dick size

despite what certaian negatve people say,
it does make me smile that this bike is the most powerfull kr1s out there.
and yet people don't want to ask questions about the spec of this bike dispite it being in class mechanics magazine
if you want to go on, I can to ... :?

I agree with you it's about dick sizes. it's you that keeps on mentioning yours is the biggest and as I am not interested in the size of your dick I'm not going to ask for it's size.

I'm not interested in dick size either, but am interested in the bike/tune.

Here are some questions to get us going.

What are the port timings and transfer heights?

On the 300, is it on a standard crank, or is stroked?

What pistons do they use and what weight and shape are they?

Did you do anything on the inlet side?

Have you changed anything on the resonator chamber volumes?

What is the torque curve like and max output?

Has there been any flywheel lightening like Bernies?

Squish clearance, squish area ratio, compression ratio would also be of interest.

Is the airbox standard?

Have you had to do anything to the clutch/had any problems with slip?

Hi, decided to upgrade my coil the other day. Nothing wrong with my old coil but because of the engine tune I have decided to upgrade. Fitted this mini dyna high voltage ignition coil with Taylor 8mm ignition leads. Has double the voltage of the standard coil, will give me smoother running & better combustion. =D>

I love that nice trick Dyna coil! It's got me wondering if they make a single output one I could make fit onto my KMX maybe? I'm liking all these trick KR1S engine builds and bike projects immensely too!
