I think I missed the photo's of your bike before Ben, can't remember, but looks really good. Have you had it out and wound it up, or still tinkering =D> =D>

It's being shipped to Jerez in 3 weeks time Wayne. I'm still perfecting on the dyno at the moment. It's powerful though.

Hi Ben, I have been both fascinated and in total admiration for this project you have taken on, you obviously have a great deal of knowledge regarding the KR1-S and motorcycle engineering. Can't wait to read the reports regarding engine performance, power figures, how the bike handles/stops, how you go on with reliability etc
Please keep all of us very interested follower's of this topic posted.

PS - I will eventually get round to taking the measurements/ photos of those Jolly Moto exhausts for you but I'm currently up to the neck in work, bike preparation and keep fit and have no spare time whatsoever at the moment.

Yeah no worries, just IM me the pictures and dimensions you get time and we can work em out.

My bike still isn't at full power yet, there's still more development work going on at the moment. It's off to Jerez next Sunday, so if I can get a run in before I go I will.

Had it out running today. Need to adjust the carbs as tick over is too high, but this gives you an idea of how quickly the motor picks up and revs.

Ben what are the two temp displays? Is it before and after the rad?

Looking great BTW

how long will you spend testing?
Have you got enough spares just in case?
Have you packed clean socks?
