Nope
Well apart from a few bits such as pistons.
Other than that it will look just like Big K would have built it

To explain that and to provide a reason for the KR-2 rather than KR-1

I will remind you of how Kawaski number their models

A1, A2
S1, S2, S3
Mach I, Mach II, Mach III and Mach IV

Now all should be clear :D

and before TSI chips in yes I know it is far from ideal but it is what Kwack would have done.

For a bit of background have alook at the predecessor of the KDX200/220 - the KDX175

Kawasaki always reused bits from one model on to the next.....

No, I have a KDX cylinder and couldn't see any way to use it. Also the porting is all bottom end so no good for a performance machine.

these days you would probably require 3 sets of 3D print outs
the bore and ducts,
another set for the water galleries, and third one for the cylinder jacket (exterior)

a colleague at work (part time design student) has had jewellery 3D printed in sterling silver
I think using SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) or SHS or DMLS process

investment casting titanium...

^^^ ask that hammer company to do a group buy on some conrods O:)
3D printing in a material such as glass might be work for the voids - so it can be shattered and removed post casting (see ceramic slurry)
