KR-2 Isle of Man video footage
Thought I would create a short video of some of the highlights round the Isle of Man Classic TT Lap of Honour.

Thanks John, I don't have interest in any other bike sites or Facebook. It's just a very steady parade lap, but I guess it gives a different perspective of riding on closed roads.

Re: KR-2 Isle of Man video footage
Hi Steve,
Safe is 550°C, if it's pushing 600°C it is lean and if I kept WOT at that, it would eventually seize.
I just back off when it gets hot to let it cool, so wasn't an issue. In a race without the EGT sensors, I would have blown the bugger up before Union Mills.
The weather took a drastic change on the Bank holiday Monday that year and this was put off to Tuesday, but you can't exactly tell until you get our where you are with the carburetion.

The trick is to push the choke lever on the long straights, and put the biggest sprocket you can find on the front

Brilliant Ben,
Do you have any other on board footage from other circuits?
Cheers

No I never ran a camera in races, you had to get specific permissions from the circuit and all sorts of admin I could never be arsed with.

Nice footage Ben, I never get tired of watching any on-board of the island lap
Hope the bike is going well now, it's a work of art and it's good to see it running around.
