Re: Cooling System hoses
I can only assume Bernie meant Roose Motorsport. They don't list a kit for a KR250 but give them a call as they might be able to help, especially if you can send them a set as a pattern.

My longer hoses for my KR-1 arrived within two days, but do call rather than email.

Sorry guy's, yes I did mean Roose.
I called them up the afternoon before I was due to visit a site in their area, called in on the following afternoon and they were ready for me. Fantastic customer service.
Cheers

Send them a drawing of what you need with the measurements included.

As I said, call, don't email - they're pretty old-skool. I didn't get a response when I first emailed, but on calling I spoke with Paul Roose who asked that I give him seven days to turn them around - they arrived in two.

Guess easy for you to call when you are in the UK but from here in Australia taking into consideration time-zones and phone costs it is NOT that easy
This I the reply I got from them
. I would like to help but unfortunately we don't offer any hoses for the bike.
I have had to deal with the UK for other bikes and have learnt that because I am "on the other side of the world" some are helpful, some not ….. this bike is becoming the most frustrating bike I have ever had and maybe one of the newer.
The upshot is, I still need hoses and I cant be the only one.
Thanks for the help and search goes on. Maybe someone in the UK might care to contact them for me.

Re: Cooling System hoses
Hi David,
They have a significant range of standard straight and bent hoses in most internal diameters and finishes.
I am unfamiliar with the hoses you need for the KR, but have you looked to see what is available that you can make fit?
If you post the details of what the specification of the hoses needs to be, I am happy to enquire with them for you in relation to adapting their standard products, e.g asking for a 90* bend to have unequal leg lengths etc.
Then if that works we can advise him that he can sell that combination as a kit for the KR.
Cheers,
Bernie

Re: Cooling System hoses
Ah sorry, I hadn't realised that you were in Oz.
I'm surprised at their response, but again if you were able to send them your damaged set to use as a pattern I'm sure they could help you out. Did you already suggest that to them, maybe even looking at a group buy with other KR250 owners on here to make it seem more worthwhile for Roose?

Re: Cooling System hoses
I’m still using my old hoses, as I could not find replacements.
I would be interested in a set if they would work out a group buy.
