Finally got myself a KR1-S 30 years after owning a red KR1 B2 then insurance replacement green B2 in 1990.
I'll be posting occassionally for help in replacing & repairing a few bits on the bike so looking forward to getting some help
Local bike shop has a wealth of 2 stroke knowledge and a dyno so will be using them for much of the restoration (to ride not store)
The non standard fastenings on the bike will be the first thing to be sorted!
I would add a photo if I could figure it out

welcome "back"
this site doesn't host pictures, it has to be somwhere online, than copy the link or adress, and than :
* type
* or paste it in a post, select the entire link and than click on the 9th icon above (the mountain with a sun in the right top corner)
* or click on the sun-mountain and than paste the link in between
all 3 will look like this : [ing]www.yourpicturehere.filetype[/ing] (I've changed the m's into n's, otherwise you wouldn't see it )
