Bout to rebuild the calipers and had to get some of this castrol red grease for the seals
Question is how much do you apply ?
Plus any tips on fitting the seals/pistons would be great

i just used some brake fluid as i popped the seals and pistons in... I think as long as you use some form of slippy stuff that is compatible with brake fluid to stop damaging the seals, there isnt a problem..
I am i big fan of copper ease on the back of brake pads and on the bolts holding the calipers to the forks etc...
