I started off with a Husaberg 610 rad, made new pipe fittings, tig welded them on,it looked the business but i forgot how big the exhaust was so it wouldn't fit.
The only one i could find which was of the right dimensions was a Suzuki SV650 but they were going for silly money on Ebay so i bought an SV400 import one for half the price which i've found out is exactly the same as a 650 rad =D> TOP JOB!!!

I did consider that,in fact i've tried putting the rad on the side, front, rear, everywhere, but each time it created another set of problems.
It's all sorted now, radiator is on in the standard position
