Well after everyones help I am sort of on the road (except for my exhaust being rotten)
Anyway thought I would post what she looked like when I first got her (inc the horrible yellow screen) I have a smoked one on order and she is a lot cleaner than in the pics but thought I would show anyway.
Up to now I have had
Rebuilt crank as seals were on way and centre bearings gone
Replacement crank case as it had a crack in it
Genuine Gaskets
All new bearings inc gearbox
New water pump
Honed Barels
Genuine Pistons and rings
New pads all round
New Chain
New Sprockets
The engine pretty much does not contain any parts from when I bought it
Anyway Thanks to everyone who helped me get her back on the road especially Sprocket Stu
I will never hear him called tight he gave me most bits for free and lost out on postage sometimes top man

looks nice,
the alpinestars sticker is cool makes a change from the usual number board.
i dont like the yellowish screen much tho.
apart from that top job.
seeing all of these restored KR's bringing back memories for me
when i was watching/helping a friend put my kr together was really enjoyable seeing it take shape.
