Agreed. That's what drew me to this thread, I was expecting Howie to tell us all about this practical sportsbike
Gotta say good find though Howie, pity Morrisuns aren't as on the ball as you or I'd have me a copy by now.

I've popped a copy in the box of parts I have for Charles.
So don't worry about it Kwakman, many thanks for the offer though
Bloody good magazine, features on the Kr1s, Zxr time line, Gpz600 article & a rather fetching KH250 in the We want it section. I'm in Kawasaki heaven

CMM has had a reformat this month. New editor (Ben Wilkins from PB) plus lots more stuff from Scottie. The bikes are much more my cup of tea too - plenty of early GSX-R's and other 80's stuff instead of 70's lightweights.

No, I've got nowt against Zed's.
It just seemed to me that every time I opened a new copy of CMM, there'd be yet another article about a 100/125/175/200cc aircooled Yamaha painted light blue. They all look the same to me ! Or some crappy small H*nda. Guess that was down to Steve Cooper of the VJMC raiding his mates garages every month.

Yes that is true, I have to admit I'm a bit of a fan of small capacity 2 strokes though. Lots of fun to be had wringing the neck of a 125cc
But then again I also love late 80's, early 90's sports bikes. If I had to choose between them, then I would go for.......... Hmmmmm tough one!
