I'm not an engineer but are you sure the mount will take the forces
involved
Normally they are transmitted along the sides of a triangle not across
them - just looks like it could do with bracing behind the top of the
mount to connect to the existing top brace on the swing arm?
I used this design,it has been on Ian Booms LC Hybrid for several years now and as it's the P non banana swinger on his ,it is only welded across the top and not down the front like mine
Thought i would need spacers behind the discs to get them to line up with the calipers but used 2mm thick washers between the caliper and fork mounting holes
looks tight but so are the standard KR1S calipers in the wheel
Progress has been slow but been buying bits and pieces behind the scenes
After seeing what Kennys (TSA) pipes did on the dyno,i'm currently trying to save up to get some
Apart from the postage and customs it would have been a good deal but yes
Just hope it all works now
They do sell cheaper ones on Ebay called Pro -cool etc but these are meant to fit banshees
This one is made especially for the powervalve and means it just bolts straight on and the standard thermostat housing ,temp sender fits etc and more importantly it keeps the standard barrel studs ,where you have to fit longer ones with the Banshee stuff
