It makes perfect sense to me to fit a rgv250 front end with the rgv rear wheel as this keeps the geometry as the kr1s was designed. I have tried the zxr front end route with the r6 rear shock and although it is very good it is limited to how fast you can take it around a race track. so im building a kr1s wet bike with the zxr front end and r6 shock set up. But for the dry you need to get your kr1s to the highest spec possible as were racing full blown tunned to the hilt zxr400's kicking out 76 plus bhp at the back wheel and they really are good race bikes.
