Re: zxr 250 forks
As a racer I would say yes, the KR-1 calipers are shite, but I don't see an issue for the road

Putting it on the track is different to racing though

Re: zxr 250 forks
Best production front end you could use would be an MKII Aprilia RS 250 IMO, or an SP VJ23 or 3XV, but they would be very rare.

Re: zxr 250 forks
Get a quote fro Maxton to revalve the forks. It might turn out cheaper and a lot less effort, in the long run. I had the forks on my NSR done and they are absolutely fantastic.2stinker wrote:i know a friend of mine has a whole rs 250 front end sitting under his work bench gathering dust, might give him a call

Re: zxr 250 forks
The easiest way to upload pics is
Set up a photobucket account
Upload all your pics there
Either post a link to each pic on photobucket in the thread on the forum thread or
Om photobucket, use the "share links" IMG option (on the right of the image you want to copy) that copies the embedded URL so when you paste that link in the thread on here it brings the image across not just the url
Like I said easy !!!!

Re: zxr 250 forks
I would be interested in knowing what bikes and how many are running round Aintree. Would you give me a call or get in touch after your first race please.
