This is what I sent to Wemoto. Feel free to send it to other suppliers if you think they might be able to match it.

are you sure about the 28.5mm ?
went through my list of Afam front sprockets, and there seem to be a lot of 24/28 or 24/29mm sprockets, but no 28.5mm.

but when I googeld for example the afam 24801 or 24601 sprocket, an image with more detailed dimensions says it is 24.12/28.72 which comes very close to what you are looking.

https://www.google.be/search?q=afam+248 ... 0VqK4GM%3A

https://www.google.be/search?q=afam+246 ... A-p9jvM%3A

So I guess you need to look for a 24/29mm sprocket. If correct, I'd look for any sprocket that fits with a retainer plate (didn't concentrate on it's dimensions, but I don't thinck I saw one with 41.5mm spacing) , and just buy a retainer plate from the corresponding bike.
or buy a sprocket that fits without retainer threads and make them myself.

That's what I measured my OEM one at with digital calipers. Pepsi previously said 28.5 too, so I was happy with that. But Wemoto list the 84 GPZ900R one at 28.7, so you might be right.

I've had a reply from Wemoto. They've been through their entire supplier catalogue looking for something that matches the spec, but can't find anything. :(

I don't know. I told 'em it probably had the same internal dimensions as GPZ900R A1/A2.

Doubt it. The one in the photo shows 13 splines and 15 teeth. Looks like all the suppliers are working from the same wrong information.

Front Sprocket for the KR250A uses an inner 12 tooth spline which seems to be unique to this bike. Spoke to a major supplier who could not offer a solution.

I got an email recently from a chap called Paul Smith (are you on here Paul ?) who's got a KR and was trying to locate new sprockets for it. He had the same trouble with Wemoto, but he managed to get the correct front one via an Australian bike parts supplier called MCAS. They had to order it in, but it was the correct 12-spline fitment with 14 teeth. I don't have a product or order code for it though.

If anyone local-ish to them would like to test this out and report back, that would be very helpful. 8)
