I dont f>ck about me mate, been living on baked beans thought
Hopefully next Friday the chromer's will have done my bits & bobs and i can get the bike built up, im 90% there now.
Then a brand new GSXR1000 is on the cards, parked next to it in the tiny shed, if ican sell the KR1 i will have a nice garage.

Your certainly a lot quicker than me doing the refurbs - takes me as many months as it's taken you weeks !
Cost of all the new parts? the missus would be forcing me to eat grass rather than expensive beans.. Lol
Really looking forward to seeing the finished bike, will look even better next to the new GSXR =D>
If it takes more than 2strokes then your just playing at it..

I was a bit concerned with all that chrome you were going to look like Sir Lancelot...
however your build looks primo together - I like PAINTED frames because you cant be sure if POWDER coating might turn out 'orange peely'

A while back I bought some Goodrich brake lines from teerex, he had removed them from his bike and replaced them with new ones.
When they arrived I couldn't understand why he had taken them off, they were almost new with barely a mark on them. I was well chuffed with them.
Having seen these photos now I understand- almost new with barely a mark isn't good enough, this bike is going to be perfect!
