That's bloody good. How reliable are they at that level of tune?

What makes it even more impressive is that that is on a dyna-pro dyno!

This is the thing

but i guess keeping the rev ceiling low,it will help keep the crank together
I have the same pipes and Mick Abbey tune but stock ignition and with PWK 28 carbs so will be interesting to see what i get
I do know the Zeel made it pick up 8bhp over stock ignition at 7000rpm

That's impressive. When do you expect to have yours together and on the dyno?
I'm going to try to get some dyno time on my race bike soon and get my ignition setup.

If you don't have a dyno local, then Kev at Projex will sort you out
Engines all stripped at the moment, this is Marmite #1 engine

Marmite #2 is looking like it will be mothballed for the forseeable

Hope to get running come the spring as i'm a fair weather biker

Red line is the finished one but the blue one was taken several weeks before and still had the standard head and ignition apart from the powervalve mod.The pipes were same spec but in mild steel and not stainless like on red
Kenny who makes the pipes said mild steel give the best peak but stainless pull the revs down a bit and fill it a bit more.
The red line gains all the way right from the bottom end
There is certainly a big difference between the 2

As i have a KR1S front end then going to try and get a KR speedo in the LC clocks
It may work but is going to need some major surgery

looking at this as a possible paint job for Marmite 2
The red will be the old creme like on the new minis,it's called "pepper white" apparently
Super retro and block out all other parts on the bike

Marmite #2 is going to be shelved for the forseeable future i'm afraid to say
Not selling but will be on hold
The go faster bits will go on marmite #1 for testing

Marmite #2 has stuttered back into life but it's going to be slower than a slow thing
Now got the spacers/sleeves (5 in total

)to get KR1S wheel in the RGV swingarm and having a new rear spindle made which is a KR1S spindle but 40mm longer as the RGV swinger is that much wider

Alot going on behind the scenes
Working on the RGV 250 stem in the LC frame
A spacer goes under the bottom race and that is it for the stem but the lockstops are way off and as i have a German frame, the steering lock is on the frame headstock.
So all this needs sorting

This paint job is winning by a whisker over the Kenny yellow and black, but i'm still changing my mind daily
