my guess [as long as you are sure float heights are good and the carbs are clean inside with good jets] the one that is only getting warm has a good spark you say, if it is only warm and the other one is hot, turn in the tickover screw on the warm one [raising the throttle body]if it is this, it could be you have,nt synchronised your throttle cable [if you adjust the throttle cable. sync the oil pump cable]

thanks martin
the rhs cilinder is getting warm but the fuel is leaking out of the exhaustgasket so it is not working good enough it has a spark so i don't know what tho problem might be.
the carbs are ultrasonicly cleaned 3 times standard jets, needles etc.
fload hight is good.
i don't get why it has a spark but it don't fire up the cilinder( is it blowing the spark out?)
it is not running on 2 cilinders fulltime sometimes it feels like it kicks in and than it stops again and the bike is ideling on 1 cilinder again.

if carbs are good. maybe ignition coil breaking down, or the other common fault. stator

going to change them first thing tomorrow.
stator and coil seemd fine but you never know.

can only be carburation or electrics.
if carbs have been ultrasonicly cleaned and have been adjusted right it can only be electrical

if i start it it is running like an tracktor so it must be electric.

swapped the stator and coil this morning no result.
what i did notised was that when i cut the fuel line just before it was running dry it started to run on 2 cilinders, put the fuel line back on and when it got fuel it was running on 1 cilinder again cut the fuel line again and yes just before it was dry again started running on 2 cilinders
what can that be it must be the carb but i don't know what coult cause that.

take carbs off bike. strip them [including security screws, as dirt can sometimes be in this area. as there are some tiny holes there as well. check and double check jets, [but my guess is shut off valves poss not shutting off correctly and also more than likely, float heights [and lastly, check fuel tap is correct and supplying both carbs]

Assuming you have good compression on both cylinders, a good spark, idle adjuster set & air screws set.
But you have fuel leaking from the RHS exhaust gasket? Then I would check the choke mechanism first, just to make sure that the cable to the RHS carb hasn't stretched or broken.
It just sounds to me like its flooding the engine
The fact that when you 'cut' the fuel line, it would starve the engine of fuel & then the RHS barrel would chime back in, is a good indicator that far too much fuel is getting through.
However, it may still be carb based, but when you have checked the usual suspects, its time to look at other possible causes.

Took the carbs of today stripped them and ultrasonic cleaned them again for the 4 time.
put them on started the bike and sh..t the same problem.
changed the choke and the same problem.
changed the rhs carb for an other one and problem gone bike started correcly and runs very sweet, but what the f.ck can the problem be with the other carb it is totaly clean everything is changed ore renewed.
wil take a look tomorrow for the last time at the carb.
but guys thanks for the feedback and the reply's =D> =D> =D>

Thats good news Jarno,
I can only think there could be a bit of crap in one of the small passage ways in the body of the carb still,
did you use the same internal parts of the dodgy carb.
