Hi again
Managed to resolve the engine problems, get the power valves set up I believe ok and the bike is about ready to be started up.
But I'm trying to figure out the front mudguard. There seems to be very little clearance to the actual tyre...
This is at the back it's basically touching:
The front has some clearance, but that's only because there are 1cm spacers added in there between the forks and the mudguard plate. But even then they don't seem to get it very high.
The tyre on there is I think a 110/70-17, so in theory the same diameter as normal (or close enough).
There doesn't seem to be any stock spacers in the parts manual for this.. So I feel like I'm missing something really obvious, or somehow an 18" wheel and tyre have gotten on there.
As can be seen, the mudguard came back from the paintshop the wrong colour, I didn't realise at the time (never seen one of these complete), but it seems to match the white on the lower half of the bike, so I've let it be.
Cheers

I don't have a mudguard handy, but the bracket is in place and there looks to be about 17mm between the underside of the bracket and the tyre.
