right bike is COMPLETELY in bits.

frame wheels and swingarm are ready to be sent for powder coating.

going to have to replace all the bearing in the bike, and i forgot how much some of them are

Have you priced up all genuine kwak bearings? Just you can definately get some cheaper from a bearings factor.

wheels are some of the bearing i can prolly get from a bearing factor but im sure a couple of the suspension/swingarm linkages are kwak only jobbies

You can definately get quite a few of the linkage bearings from a bearings place, I think the needle rollers in the botom linkage ones and some of them in the linkage unit are easy enough to get, seem to remember about 4/5 quidish (but may be wrong  )

Don't go just by part numbers. Take samples down to your local bearing supplier and he can measure them up and most likely find a suitable replacement.
Cheers mate, Scott.

I found brt bearings in Southampton ( on the industrial estate opp. west quay) most helpful, I just took in the old bearing and they sorted me out.

Got some bearing appear today :D
BRT werent able to match the Swingarm bearings, so those are OEM along with sleeves as the ones in the bike are duff (£80.00 all in for those  )

Other bearing i have ordered from BRT and they were helpful so recommended,

so ALL of the bearing for my bike should come in at under £150 which i think is good, should mean it will as tight as a nun's whatist.

next on the list is get my mate to assist pressing them in (this project stuff is a big learning curve :) )
erm get a set of boots for it and polish the fork legs.
so depending on time and cash flow possibly have a rolling chassis by next month :D
