yeah, any luton residents keep an eye out for a bloke on a totaly immaculate kr1 with no fingertips left! i will only be ''our'' martin nippin to the shops to get his daily supply of autosol/bandages changed! the amount of time spent on the polishing alone is mighty impressive, that combined with the ultra proffesionally executed paintwork, and fine attention to detail make it the best kr1 ive ever seen. id say yours and kaze bikes are about equal in terms of presentation but its easy to judge as you have the best kr1 and kaze has a perfect (the fact that it has champoinships under its belt is purely amazing giiven the way its been looked after) kr1s race bike. if we were to have botm im sure you would dominate things along with kaze and thus prompting all us lazy gits to pull our fingers out and get some polishing done! to be fair there are some stunni9ng kr's around, yours and kaze's are the most recent on here though. well done.p.s im so jealous of you and kaze you set of swines!lol

different people do it different ways gary, am sure someone will come along and tell you different, but this is how i did mine, first you must take your time and do one bit at a time. start with medium wet and dry, once its smooth and all the scrathes and anodise has gone, then move on to fine wet and dry, keep going with the fine wet and dry until it is really smooth, [dont be tempted to start with the metal polish until its smooth.] then start using the metal polish [autosol] with a scotch pad[spray a bit of wd 40 on the scotch pad] you will find using a scotch pad will speed things up.[cuts the time down with the polishing cloth] when you have it shiny . then go on to a soft cloth with autosol [keep the same cloth for putting on the polish] and always use a different cloth for polishing. you can always use polishing wheels on the electric drill when finished. but i reckon the way i do it works out best[even if it does take lomger] try a bit and let me know how you get on

So nice =D>

I've read that you have done the Stan Stephens 300cc conversion kit.
I'm looking after the reference of the piston to do this here in France.
Any idea about wich model of Wiseco piston is it?
