jep, and very happy with them
they are 43mm, so you need the yokes and handlebars to. calipers are the same, but discs are 310mm (and that's a big improvement, it's much easier to brake hard, 'cause you have to use less force). I use a ZXR wheel , 'cause when I made the change, my hole front was crashed.
what to do :
* length off the stem is ok, top bearring is the same as KR1, but the bottom one is bigger, so I putted in a lath and made it the same length all the way (like a Kr1)
* 750 springs are way too hard, and a bit shorter than KR's. I just cut off a bit off the soft part off a KR spring to make it the same length as the ZXR's, and they go straight in, even though the ZXR has a slightly bigger diameter. and you gaine a bit stiffness
only the outgoing damping is adjustable, but it's definitly an improvement, and since nobody is after them "for the looks", should be found reasonably cheap.
