I really fancy coming down for this from the frozen north. If I can make the time I'll stick the bike in the van and head down. My days of 400+ miles on a KR are long gone

I'm coming & mine is a C3 (just checked the log book
) if any one is interested there's a motorbike museum nearby
http://www.motorcycle-uk.com/lmm/beginning.html it's only a small place (about 5 miles from the ACE) but if your traveling a long way it might be worth a visit as they have some unsual bikes.
What about meeting up near the ACE & arriving at the same time in?

Maybe meet up at the bike museum and leave from there then.
Unfortunately I wont be able to make it as my floaties have a punchure.

mark..if you want to throw the kr bits in as well and come to me i'll pay your deisel and you can go with cliff and gary n me..or come down the night before and have a beer...

i reckon go to the museum then all role in to the ace together,,cliff n gary pick a junction on the a12 and a time and ill meet you there..

i will meet you all at the ace as i am coming front the opposite direction, rain and daniel sorting my cans out permitting, seems like genuine undented cans are rare

Dunno yet, need to see if the Mrs has got us booked away again first, just got back from Madrid, these cheap flights she keeps finding are unmissable. But If I'm not and it's not bloody snowing, yeah I'll be up for it. Just need to get everything sorted.
