Yep, got that ZXRR pic on the shed wall. =D> But you can only follow the lines so far The underside of the seat unit is black & on my pic the black comes further up the sides. Twas my intention to copy this onto my seat unit. with the effect of making the seat unit look narrower." Something I wanted to do in GRP but could'nt because Kawasaki got,,,,,,,, Charles isambard kingdom brunnel,,,,,,,, to design the seat sub frame "............. MJ might be worth a look on yours , because if you can disguise some of its depth the seat unit looks way more aggresive ???? If this fairing gets made maybe do a deal with some engine work. Dont worry I always lose out on deals

Well its 3 am sun morn just came in from the shed, because last weekend I was making this fairing mould with grp, & for no apparent reason got a industrial size reaction between coats

....Like paint stripper times 5. so I had to rip it off . Since then I've been repairing the fairing ..... Ready to start again making the mould when I get up. What a pig, thought I had this grp game sorted. Obviously not the clever sh1te I thought I was

.........Nite Nite Alan...........Still got to make love 4 times yet, not be multiple orgasms though. I hope

Frog, it's like the seat unit takes a long time to make quality pieces & if I farm the work out would I get the same quality doubt it ......... MJ this is not the first time someone on this forum has questioned my sexual prowess. I seem to remember a certain Cliff snickering at my expense

Its a nice 21st century KR1s.
Ref colour scheme experimentation I would stick to green, white , blue hint of yellow as I think its the nicest colour scheme

8 Weeks to finish the workshop ( weather/ time ) has dented progress, but I'm fairly happy with how it's looking. Very happy with Pic 6.
As careful as I have been storing it it's still picked up scratches & scraps

.
Next expense.....Radiator, Digital dash, Paint.
The solo seat goes on with the std master cyl & fuse box positions. But its a tad awkward so repositioned both.
